Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Returns are only permissible in case of manufacturing damage only if the no of damaged pieces exceed 2% of the total lot. We will pay for the to and fray of repair of damaged pieces.

If damages are irreversible and are affecting the entire lot. We can agree on a mutual understanding.

Refunds

 

Strictly no refund policy. Similarly as returns if there is manufacturing defect we are liable to take care , in best possible manner.
