By placing an order with Baganic Lanka Enterprises, you agree to accept and comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by Baganic Lanka Enterprises, at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Orders and Pricing*

 

– All orders are subject to availability.
– Prices and specifications of our paper bags are subject to change without notice.
– Baganic Lanka Enterprises, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
– Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Payment*

 

– Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
– We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, Cheque
– In the event of non-payment or insufficient payment, Baganic Lanka Enterprises, reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery*

 

– Baganic Lanka Enterprises will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– Delivery are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, and shipping method.
– Risk of loss and damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds*

 

– Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned products and may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Product Warranty*

 

– Baganic Lanka Enterprises, guarantees that its paper bags are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
– Any claims for defects or damages must be reported to Baganic Lanka Enterprises, within 7 days of receiving the products.
Baganic Lanka Enterprises, will, at its discretion, replace or refund the purchase price of defective products.

7. Intellectual Property*

 

– All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Baganic Lanka Enterprises, are the property of Baganic Lanka Enterprises, and may not be used without prior written consent.
